When you join us, you will:
Overall polish review of the product.
Build out a number screens for new product experiences that are specified.
Conduct and document user research for product iteration plans based on user needs and data, promote collaboration among various departments, and identify enhancements for products.
Communicate in English on a daily basis, both written and verbally.
What we'd like to see in a candidate:
At least 3 years of practice designing digital products/services, particularly experience in cross-device products at a large scale.
Ability to identify requirements, use cases, and user journeys in partnership with Product and Engineering.
Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to bring the voice of customers.
Experience in exploring and testing divergent ideas while knowing when to bring it all together into an executable vision.
Self-motivated problem solver, positive attitude, and flexibility.
Someone who is willing to help to others, open-minded, and passionate about design.
