What we'd like to see in a candidate:
- Strong experience working with Rust for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Solidity and smart contract deployment on EVM-compatible chains.
- Knowledge of blockchain protocols, web3 technologies, and MPC wallet integration.
- Experience with API design and integration (REST/GraphQL).
- Strong understanding of security, cryptography, and wallet interfaces.
- Familiarity with external API integrations (e.g., price oracles, KYC, exchanges).
- Experience with DevOps, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, IAC and cloud deployments.
- Excellent English communication skills, specially speaking skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of decentralized storage (e.g., IPFS) and DeFi protocols.
