Senior DevOps Engineer (US)

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency. This role focuses on infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability, and cloud security. The ideal candidate combines hands-on AWS experience with expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation, along with a strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and modern security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support reliable deployments and automated testing.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate environment setup and configuration.
• Establish and maintain observability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, and alerting for uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor other engineers on automation, cloud infrastructure, and reliability.

What we'd like to see in a candidate:

• Proven expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, EKS, CodeBuild, IAM, VPC, S3, and ECS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Solid scripting and automation experience.
• Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud security, IAM, security groups, firewalls, service roles, and high availability architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, and GitLab CI.
