Must Have
- Strong experience with Java (17–21) and Spring Boot, building scalable and reliable backend services
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience with event-driven systems and messaging tools (Kafka preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to travel to Australia for 2–3 months
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with React / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana)
