What You Should Have:
Strong focus on mobile products and user experience.
Marketplace Experience: Proven background in designing and scaling consumer-facing products within marketplace or two-sided platform environments.
Impact at Scale: Demonstrated ability to launch features that drive measurable impact and serve large user bases.
Experimentation Expertise: Strong command of A/B testing methodologies and skill in turning results into actionable improvements.
